Cordes Junction is the interchange of Interstate I-17 and State Route 69.

Cordes Lakes is a subdivision
located on the outskirts of Cordes Junction east of Interstate I-17. It consists of
approximately 3600 residential lots, with about 1400 of those lots occupied.
